Maravillosa is a luxury senior living community dedicated to retiring in style. Their comfortable and inviting interiors extend beyond private apartment homes into their quality, resort-style amenity spaces.
Facility Designs had the pleasure of specifying all furniture, original artwork, and accessories throughout multiple community spaces, both indoors and out. Utilizing warm neutrals with pops of bold, jewel-tone colors, the design feels welcoming and homey, yet upscale and energetic. A variety of furniture arrangements, from library workstations to pool-side cabanas, provide residents with ample gathering choices celebrating both an active lifestyle and relaxation.
