Team FD is honored to have been a part of the Burnett Extended Care Center's beautiful transformation. Part of the Community Health System network, the renovated facility offers enhanced access to both short- and long-term skilled nursing services in the heart of Downtown Fresno.
The updated interior is complete with residential-inspired finishes and décor to ensure patients feel at home, no matter the length of their stay. The calming and serene color palette is utilized throughout to create a sense of continuity, from private patient suites to multi-purpose rooms, and physical therapy spaces to the in-house beauty shop. Ergonomic furniture and flexible space planning enable healthcare professionals and personnel to concentrate on what really counts - quality care for Central Valley patients.
