Project Details
Fresno Regional Workforce promotes community collaboration that optimizes strong partner relationships, supports efficient resource sharing and networking, and provides local residents with services that help them succeed. Team FD interpreted their collaborative mission and created a functional, utilitarian workspace that supports and engages its employees and partners alike by way of colorful details, modern accents, and a variety of workplace settings.
While keeping budgetary requirements in mind, the open office area still feels elevated and effective with ergonomic accessories and sit-to-stand desks at every workstation. Organizational tools help team members get the job done, while mobile pedestals, filing drawers, and built-in wardrobes provide ample storage. Multiple training areas with diverse seating and meeting furniture allow for formal and informal break-out sessions to run smoothly, while ombré accents in the huddle area add fun pops of color keeping the work environment interesting and vibrant.
