Project Details
Modern Custom Fabrication is the largest underground and aboveground steel tank manufacturer in the United States. Team FD was challenged with creating a space to support the next generation of skilled welders, fabricators and engineers for decades to come.
The prominent drivers in furniture selection were high performance pieces that support technology and evolving work processes. Herman Miller Canvas work stations were selected to elegantly divide space while simultaneously distributing power and data. Performance seating options include Herman Miller's Mirra 2 and the newly remastered and ergonomic champion, Aeron. Modern Custom Fabrication has always believed that employees are their most essential asset referring to them as family. Now, the “Modern Family” has the tools they need to continue producing high quality fabricated tanks for years to come.
