Project Details

Returning client Century 21 C. Watson asked Team FD to create a 21st century approach to an open office where their clients can relax with a cup of coffee and modern technology is supported. Combining Herman Miller systems Resolve, Locale and Renew Link, and utilizing Living Office design concepts, their renovated space enables clients and staff alike to feel connected in a shared work environment. Striking Sayl chairs mixed with the perfectly portable Caper chairs support multifunctional spaces. The café delivers an elevated breakroom experience for clients, while the powered National Fringe seating and Whimsy stools add function and flair. Century 21's signature golden yellow color is threaded throughout the space via tack boards, upholstery fabrics and carpet tile, and a custom "living" logo adds the new trend of bringing the outdoors in. This cheery workplace reflects the bright future of Century 21 C. Watson - Team FD is honored to have designed their new space!
