Buckingham Property Management sought to create a space that focused on the employee experience in the heart of downtown Clovis.
Refined details and bold color choices warm up the interior while indoor/outdoor access to terraces make their office a place people want to be. The entry hosts a beautiful custom California sign made of magnetic metal. It also doubles as an art piece and sales tool that showcases the companies many locations. Modern elements in the lighting draw your attention upwards and highlight the industrial ceiling exposed throughout. Ergonomic furniture keeps function in mind from the sit-to-stand desks to the instant comfort of the Herman Miller Setu chair. The rustic appeal of downtown Clovis is celebrated through the use of wood elements selected to provide an organic balance to the overall modern design. From the practical ergonomics to the impressive view, not a single detail was missed to make this one show-stopping space.
