FD COVID-19 Response

To our FD family,

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve daily, we would like to update you on the measures that Facility Designs is taking to ensure our team members, our clients and our community remain safe, happy and healthy.

Effective immediately, we have decided to temporarily close our showroom in an effort to flatten the curve. While our office may be empty, the entire FD team has efficiently transitioned to work remotely and is operating at full force. Despite this change, we will continue to provide support, assistance and exceptional customer service - as always, we are here to help.

Though we may not be able to meet in person to discuss your business needs, we are always available via e-mail and phone. Please reach out to your FD contact if you have any questions or concerns about pending projects, orders or deliveries. We are monitoring all existing orders on a daily basis and are working with all applicable parties to adjust delivery and installation schedules as needed. Our client's needs and goals always guide everything we do, and that won't change now.

We will continue to monitor the evolution of the situation daily and provide updates as necessary. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we navigate through these times together. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
